Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, GH1200 unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- It must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required
Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Sanitary or intimate products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Partial Refunds May Apply
We may issue a partial refund in the following situations:
- Items with visible signs of use
- Opened media (e.g., software, CDs, DVDs)
- Items not in original condition, or with damaged/missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You’ll receive an email confirming receipt
- We will notify you about approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider (some delays may occur)
- Reach out to your bank for posting timelines

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final and non-refundable.
Exchange
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To start an exchange:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit (voucher) upon return
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Shipping Returns
To return your product, send it to the address mentioned on the home page.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items
